Denys Kononykhin

From the plains of Ukraine to the mountains of Colorado, my journey as a carpenter has been guided by precision, a deep respect for wood, and a commitment to bringing ideas to life.

I was born and raised in Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, where woodworking is more than a trade—it’s a tradition. Introduced to the craft by my father, I grew up watching raw lumber become functional art. Those early experiences shaped not only my skills, but my belief that true craftsmanship tells a story through every cut, joint, and finish.

In 2022, I moved to the United States in search of new opportunities and inspiration. Colorado immediately felt like home, with its natural beauty and strong connection to craftsmanship. Here, I founded my business to blend time-honored techniques with modern tools and thoughtful design.

Today, I specialize in custom carpentry that balances durability, artistry, and timeless style—from furniture to architectural wood features. Every piece is built with the same care and attention to detail I learned growing up.

For me, carpentry is about more than building—it’s about creating meaningful spaces where people live, gather, and make memories. I look forward to collaborating with you and turning your vision into something lasting.

Pavel Volchak

Born and raised in Belarus, my early path was shaped by a deep curiosity about the world and how systems work. I initially pursued a career in diplomacy, studying international relations and developing a strong foundation in communication, structure, and problem-solving.

After moving to the United States and settling in Colorado, I continued my education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University. Since 2015, I have worked as a software engineer, building reliable, efficient systems where precision and accuracy matter every day.

Outside of technology, hands-on work has always been my passion. What began as a hobby grew into a love for craftsmanship and practical problem-solving. Whether working with tools or code, I approach every project with the same mindset: attention to detail, thoughtful execution, and pride in doing things right.

For me, the intersection of technical expertise and hands-on skill defines how I work. I value clean solutions, durable results, and work that stands the test of time—whether it’s written in code or built with my hands.

Design and fabrication of made-to-order cabinetry tailored to the specific dimensions and functional requirements of each project. Work includes European-style frameless construction for residential and architectural applications, produced with consistent detailing and precision fit.
Scope includes:
- Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinetry
  Custom cabinetry systems designed for kitchens and bathrooms, incorporating functional storage solutions, integrated appliances, and moisture-appropriate materials where required.
- Built-In Cabinetry & Storage
  Architectural built-ins such as entertainment centers, libraries, mudrooms, home offices, wine storage, and concealed storage systems, designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding architecture.
- Architectural Millwork & Wood Paneling
  Custom wall paneling, integrated wood surfaces, moldings, doors, and related architectural wood elements developed to align with the overall interior design and construction intent.
Development of cabinetry layouts, elevations, and technical drawings based on site conditions and project scope. Services include field measurements, 3D visualizations when required, and shop drawings for coordination with architects, designers, and builders.
Specification of cabinet materials, surface treatments, and hardware systems. Options include veneer and solid wood components, lacquered, stained, painted, and high-gloss finishes, as well as performance-grade European hardware.
In-house fabrication using precision machinery combined with skilled hand assembly. Cabinet boxes, doors, drawer systems, and panel components are produced to tight tolerances to ensure structural integrity and long-term performance.
Application of professional-grade finishes, including staining, painting, glazing, and specialty coatings. Finishing processes are controlled to ensure consistency, durability, and accurate color matching.
On-site installation of cabinetry and millwork, including alignment, hardware calibration, and final fitment. Coordination with other trades is provided to ensure seamless integration into the finished space.
